Cancellation And No Show Policy

Please give us a 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel your reservation. If you are unable to give us a heads up, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. This charge will not be applied to next scheduled appointment.

 

No Show appointments will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. This charge will not be applied to next scheduled appointment. 
 

We sympathize with illness and family emergencies, we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. Unfortunately, exceptions to this policy are not permitted.

Late Policy

We ask that our clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

 

If you are running a little late, no worries we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service amount. 

 

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation policy will come into effect.
