Policies

CLEAN EYES - Please arrive with freshly cleaned lashes ready for your appointment. If your arrive with mascara or eyeliner please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to clean your eyes. Extensions will not adhere to dirty lashes and will fall off within days.

PHONES CALLS, CAFFEINE & GUM - We ask that you please refrain from using any of these! Caffeine and gum make it difficult and sometimes impossible to properly install  lash extensions. Please wait until after service. We kindly ask that your cell phone is placed on silent or airplane mode to maintain the restful nature of our salon. Eyes are closed during all services and you will be able unable to use or answer phone calls. Stylist will not read incoming calls or text messages. Please make plans accordingly. 

TOUCH UPS/REFUND

TOUCH UP POLICY - You must have at least 30% of your extension to be considered a Touch Up. When booking your appointment please book the proper appointment time. If you arrive with less than 30% you will be rebooked for a Full set or a Partial set and charged accordingly. 

 

REFUND POLICY - Eyelash extensions are an investment of time, money, and care on our client as well as our staff.  We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will work to remedy the situation. 

Childrens Policy

UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE - Minimum age of service is 16 with parental consent. Parents/guardians must remain with the underage client for the duration of the service.

CHILDREN POLICY - Because of the nature of the appointment, you will be lying down with your eyes closed for an extended amount of time and unable to care for a child. We ask that when bringing your child that you only do so for a short period, i.e 30-45 minute touch up appointments. Any appointments booked for longer than an hour we ask that alternate care arrangements be made prior to your appointment time.

Late Policy

We ask that our clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

 

If you are running a little late, no worries we can accommodate you, but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full service amount. 

 

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation policy will come into effect.

Cancellation And No Show

Your appointments are very important to our Beatitude Studio professionals.  We hold your appointment time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with a 24 hours notice.  This way, our stylists will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly, and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waitlist. For late cancellations/changes, we will charge 50% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our Beatitude Studio stylist.  If this is not paid, we are unable to book future appointments for you.  

 

Clients who no-show for their schedule appointment will be charged 100% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for the Beatitude Studio stylist. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or no-show three times will be required to pay in full for their appointment at the time of booking.  We appreciate your understanding!
